Failed Try Again

Went to smoking friend and had to keep her company so I have removed my smoking banner until later today when i will have to re-start to keep it honest

Don't beat yourself up over it. Its hard work quitting. Its good that you're going to get straight back to quitting, but if you are hard on yourself for your brief relapse it will make it harder, as it will feel like starting again from the beginning, when really its not that.

Like when you're little and you first start learning to walk. Sometimes you fall over, you get back up, its not starting from the beginning.

if at first you do succeed try and try again .... i did and eventually i kicked it into the past along with all the moo poo that life throws at us ...
