I found a beetle crawling round my kitchen today that looked horribly like a vine weevil. It's not the first time there's been one in the house, either.

Weird. I don't even have any pot plants indoors for them to eat. I haven't seen any in the garden this year, although I found a few maggots chewing the lily roots as usual. A clump of bergenias is looking rather lacy round the edges, though no sign of wilting.

Anybody else found them behaving strangely?

Its the time of year where things are looking for somewhere warmer to spend the winter. Got a flock of mice in the attic that sound like they are banging a buscuit tin with a spanner:doh:

Traps Zigs - and not the so called humane ones either. Been there, done that and got the t-shirt, and can tell you from experience the only way to get rid is to play hard
