Apart from Iceberg Sheal, I do not know the others either. But I'm looking forward to your comments and pictures in 2013,
          Jenny

Thanks everyone for your comments, they are much appreciated. :dbgrtmb:

Well my choice of roses seems to have been pretty good. :) Of course we'll all have to wait until next year to see the results and I just hope that I don't need sunglasses everytime I go near the bed. :heehee:

Looks like I'm a bit late for the party!

Aged parent had a flashback recently about a climbing/rambling rose that used to adorn a local pub [ long since demolished ] called the Seven Sisters - and Trevor White was one of the very few growers to sell it. Liked his CV so ordered a couple of bare roots for delivery November onwards.

PS the rose was called Seven Sisters not the pub. I believe that was the Queen's Head.

Woo, I've been bitten by the bug! I've done a little research for your rose 'Stormy Weather', it seems it's an American rose and unavailable here. But I have found a couple you may be interested in...........

                    Oh Wow
                    Purple Skyliner

'Oh Wow' comes a close second to 'Stormy Weather' and it may just fit the bill for you. :)
