I hope not too Jenny, but I should be used to it by now. I'll be out in the garden tomorrow to make the most of it. :)

A lovely day yesterday, sunny for most of it with just a few clouds here and there..

Cold again last night and this morning, but not as bad as the night before, temperature down to 2 degrees, currently 4.6 and rising :)

We're forecast a nice day today and tomorrow with some rain through the night but from Wednesday onwards not looking too dry shall we say ;)

How bizarre :hate-shocked::heehee:, I think a lot uf us know or suspect that when we get showers or indeed longer spells of rain there are at times a definite 'edge' to it, where you could literally step into rain and then out of it again by walking a few paces.

I have witenessed the scenario once before and now its happened again, we've just had a shower (supposed to be dry today but that's a different story :snork:), BUT it was only on the front, there was nothing on the back, I even went out the back and there was nothing (perhaps just literally the odd spot), didn't feel a thing and then on the front it was coming down fairly heavily ~ amazing :rolleyespink::biggrin::)

Its now passed and looking outside the back is bone dry and the front has puddles!!!! :heehee::biggrin:

        Hi Bilbo,
That's exactly what happened to us the other day :hate-shocked: (I posted it on the previous page :) :dbgrtmb: )

Yesterday was sunny and a bit chilly and we didn't get the promised rain. This morning the patio is wet but no rain now but cold and overcast.

No sun - no rain - no wind - just dull and cloudy.

Well, as I'm working in Manchester on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, I took advantage of the free day, and the sun was shining to take a walk through Delamere Forest, in search of some colour in the leaves, taking my camera with me. Wrong......as it immediately started to pour down in almost constant heavy showers. So that's the story of the day it has turned very cloudy with showers and an outside temperature of 49f.:coffee:

Isn't that considered a good weather day in Manchester? :)

Well, I have no loyalties to Manchester, Shiney, and I dislike all Cities......but such talk amongst the local natives could see you and me sent to about 10 different parts of the Country in 10 different parcels:heehee: In it's defence the legend/myth about it raining in Manchester all the time has only relevance in the Cricket season:snork:

I thought it wasn't only the cricket season. It seems to be every time you go there. Or, maybe, those are the only times you report on it :heehee:

For any Mancunians that want to do some of this parcel sending:- it wasn't me!!! It's the reports I get from ARMANDII - and it wouldn't surprise me if Zigs put him up to it :lunapic 130165696578242 5:
