          3 bedroom detached bungalow, insulated beyond current building regulations, low e argon gas filled double glazing, solar water heating, woodburner that does 8 radiators & a back boiler that heats the water in the winter. 12 volt solar electric lighting back up, with plugs to power a laptop in the event of a power cut.

          Costs very little to run.

          Middle of rural Somerset, M5 20 mins, A303, 13 mins.

          Recon i'll get £195,000?
