How do you cook Haddock fillets?

    Flaked fish normally with rice :stirpot: its the pits I hate it .

    That reminds me my mate from years ago kept tropical fish and the heater went wrong and when she got home all the fish had been cooked in the tank, and she told me it looked like "Kedgeree" ever since then thats all I can picture.

        I have a feeling she didnt have any :Scorpion Fish Sea Robin or Conger Eel in her tank to make that stew

        It all stems back to the time of the Raj.. something similar was had by the Brits in India, when they came back, they must have adapted it, for the more subtle British palate at that time. :stirpot:

        My goodness! Everyone complicates things.
        Throw the haddock into a frying pan with virgin olive oil in it.
        After a minute and a half, flip the haddock upside down.
        Another minute and a half later, flip the haddock onto your plate. Easy Peasy! :smile:
        No faffing around in my kitchen. :patpat:
