Pooh, yeah, stinky trainers, and they are mine.??? :eeew: Nah, my feet smell sweet. No1 son had really smelly trainers, :oopss: just used to shake Johnson baby talc inside. :spinning:

I used to eat Bovril when we lived in Cyprus, also used non scented deodorants. And I always kept my little green zapper machine for when the bites appeared.

Fair point - personally, I'd much rather not smell of either ;)

I love perfume FC_ always have - ever since I was small. Always liked smellies for Chrimmy - had Cussons Blue Hyacinth and then next year, Apple Blossom. Fell in love with Chanel No.5 at the age of thirteen, went on to Quadrille by Balenciaga and later Charlie by Revlon, YSL "Paris" and so on...... Currently into "Ageless" by Prince (USA) says it makes you smell 10 years younger !! :lunapic 130165696578242 5:
So, gang - WHATS YOUR FAVOURITE smellie?,

Mum, I've said this on other threads ... take an antihistamine daily during 'season' and dab with Eucalyptus oil if bitten.

Ah yes, but you are a lady Jenny, hence my earlier post as I knew it wouldn't apply to any of the GC ladies ;)

EDIT - to answer the question, my favourite man smelly is Chanel Allure Pour Homme Sport.

I've heard that only pregnant females bite, don't know if that applies to Mosquitoes too?

Wind Song by Prince Matchabelli which I've worn for 45 years + interspersed with First by Van Cleef & Arpels and Cléa by Yves Rocher. I also like L'Air du Temps and Nina by Nina Ricci but I don't have either at the moment.

I was taught that you spray the perfume and walk into it ... if not a spray then you daub a little behind the ears, the pulse at the wrist, between the cleavage and behind the knees. :spinning:

I can't stand it when someone walks past you, perhaps several meters away and their 'scent' lingers ... :eeew:
