                            It was a protest about grant cuts. It didn't affect me because I didn't qualify for a grant anyway because I only went part time. I only went because the night before, in the student bar, a lady from the union announced over the PA system that the trip was on and it would only cost union members £4 each for a return ticket, and it sounded like it might be a laugh.
