It actually stopped raining here for around 2hrs this afternoon:yahoo:....but now it's bucketing it down again and the wind is getting up.....not too bad on the flooding front here...still on a warning but it's really bad about 10miles north of here.....best turn the pump on again.....at least here the water is under the floors and not above:phew:

Rain overnight and until lunchtime today. The sun put in an appearance for a couple of hours along with a strong wind coming from the north-east, it's getting colder. 8C

Sorry, I should have elaborated, we'd been doing a bit of off roading/getting stuck in the mud on the Quantocks & it was covered in the distinctive red mud of those hills.

The red mud that prompted my stonemason friend to say, "Ere, Zigs, I just seen a Pink Horse, never seen one that colour before, I bet thats worth loads of money"

Is it ever going to stop Loli? Excuse the pun but are you keeping your head above water?

My fingers are crossed for you. The north should be getting a fair amount of sunshine from tomorrow until the weekend with no rain. :)

Yep, it stopped raining earlier and has restarted again. Mind you, I like lying in bed listening to the rain beating against the window.:snork:
