I have an Amiga 1200 upstairs. I once had a mint condition ZX81, still in its original box with manual, that I found at a car boot sale for £1. It get left behind (in error) when I moved house once. I'm gutted because it would have been worth a fair bit now to a collector. The Amiga 1200 never achieved cult status so that's worthless. Your C64 is probably worth a few bob.

:hapydancsmil: I had one of those Clue!!! :yahoo: (ZX81)

It was my first "computer" (given to me by my big bro). I tried selling it at a boot fair once, but some slimewotsit nicked the cables while I was setting up

My lasting memory of the ZX81 wasn't that though ... it was the "rooobout" button (sp?). I wondered about that for flipping days .. then I phoned my Big Bro and asked him what the "rooobout" button was for? :dunno:

His response (in a nutshell) :roflol: :roflol: :roflol:

Thank goodness for the "universal" *delete* button we enjoy today ;)

Ponders:  How could a button labelled "rubout" cause such consternation? Must have been the lack of space :heehee:

I've got a Spectrum and a Sinclair QL stashed away somewhere. I'm pretty sure I can put my finger on the handbook for the QL but don't know where the machine is!
