kanaroo paw

    Has anybody ever grown Kanderoo paw (anigozanthos manglesii) if so any tips as to the best way to proceed I live in south west Scotland.

    Haven't grown them for years but as far as I remember it grew easily from seed (greenhouse grown) and flowered in it's second year but it is not hardy.

      Grew this years ago , make sure you water the pot and keep the water off the leaves , loves full sun, I found best to grow in a pot keep it dry over the winter months but even in the greenhouse is tender over winter, bring in the house on the really minus days .

        My seedlings are struggling a little. I think that I may have overwatered them...........
