    More stunning photos sheal thank you :blue thumb: superb island :wub2:im in love with port erin the most i think, the beach just wowed me while i was there..even thou it was nippy weather i still had an icecream at the cafe near the lighthouse and paddled all the way round the bay:heehee:

        That's a difficult one FC. :scratch: When we first arrived here the salaries were less than 'across' (our word for the mainland), we've been here twenty years, so sorry, I can't make a comparison. :)

              Joolz, I'll let you into a secret! When you see pictures of Douglas Bay, it means I'm sitting on Douglas Head in the car stuffing my face with a takeaway. It's the only time I go up there. :heehee:

                      Wonderful photos Sheal - I visited IOM about 6 years ago with a friend we had a lovely time - great place to live. How's the water situation now - is it still flooding?
