0.5ºC now, less than three quarters of an hour since my last post -- and that is with the outdoor sensor in a sheltered location, so I reckon in the open air it will be more like -1º

My day off today so I could have a pre-Christmas meal with family and friends, and my car was frosted and iced up nicely this morning. So although there wasn't a cloud in the sky there was stretches of ice on the road making it a bit treacherous, but exciting! It's never been above freezing all day with a best temperature of 28f. At the moment it's really "warm" with a temperature of 30f:heehee::snork:

Currently -0.9 degrees here with freezing fog moving in...

The frost from last night and this morning has never cleared today, our top temperature today a 'tropical' 1.6 degrees :snork: (yes ONE degree :hate-shocked:), even the sun didn't help to raise the temperature or melt much ice; but to be fair it was hampered by the biggest steam cloud from a local power station I've ever seen, it completely blocked it out for about 2-3 hours around midday  . Easily our coldest 'day' this winter...

It's 1.10pm and its just (and only by a gnats whisker :heehee:) managed to get above freezing at +0.2 degrees. It's also a murky overcast day too with no glimpses of the sun today....

Never got above freezing all day.
The cars are already white over it think its going to be a very cold one

A grey cold day in Manchester....well, it looked like it looking out of the office window!
Getting back home there was still frost on the lawn as there was this morning, and my Weather Station says it never got above 29f today although it has now risen again to 31f.:coffee:
