I am having to sit dad whilst mum has a nap in the afternoons so progresses has slowed somewhat. Will keep updating as things progress - maybe when the gardener comes back from her christmas break on mon we will start to see some improvement?

WE are going to have to widen the path and get some slabs. I am temporarily in a wheelchair due to a bowel disease and I can't get around it i:wallbanging:

My garden is smaller and I can potter from strategically placed garden chairs.
We just need some fine weather so I can get back to doing my 10 mins pottering a day.

Sorry to hear that Chimneyrose. Hope you feel much better soon.

Some real progress has been made so far, thanks to your tireless work. Though I should add that you should get some climbers up those fences asap (when you feel up to it).
