    The "Road" snaking across the middle is where I took the pic of the flooded field from the gate a while back, even thats underwater now.

        Zigs, I drove across Sedgemoor from W Zoyland to Aller last Thursday, just looked like paddyfields!!

          Zigs, lovely scenes of your county in a sorrowful way I know.
          We have Crowhurst marshes (following the Beeching Cuts on our local railway) which I saw on my way to the seafront at Bexhill. They also look like an Italian lake today,

                  What's your forecast for this week Zigs, ours is fairly dry so everything might dry out a bit more. Do you think the land will recover, grazing etc?
