    Cheers guys, the money that has not been spent on fags has been spent on plants and stuff for the garden, treats and stuff for mrs al and the boys, and stuff for the house! Not saved any per say, but have a lot more to show for what I would've spent on the dreaded weed!

        i have put weight on due to my medical condition and meds... but last week i decided no more i have put on 3 stone i am ashamed to say from being super active to hardly moving at all...... so i have bought and manual treadmill and a rowing machine and every day i have started doing a bit i have even dusted off the the wii balance board i have started with a 15 min session on one of them every day ..... we can lose weight together if you need partner

              Our local CashConverter's shop has all the Wii kit in, so I'm going to get the setup next payday. Its only £60 in all second hand. I priced up the same brand new a while and the cheapest I could find was about £200.

                are you on face book ? if you are have a look for some cheap selling sites in your area and you may be able to pick up cheaper, i got both my rower and my tread mill for £40
