We're not planning on keeping any but we said that about our last litter of Dalmatian puppies and one of those has stayed with us, so who knows!

Never easy letting "your" babies go but a necessity, I dare say one or two will find their way back, 2 out of 3 of Shadows last litter did, I was determined to get Arwen back and quite happily drove the 800 mile round trip to bring her "home", Fen had a great home but circumstances changed, only a 300 mile round trip that time!!!

We will NEVER let any of our puppies down, we bred them and we'll look after them for life, although not always adhered too, we do have a legally binding puppy contract in force with every puppy sale, all potential owners are vetted best we can. We will do all we can to safeguard the future of our pups

Vince, we would have one in a moment and it would be treated as royalty, but we have no place for dogs ... :cry3:

Not sure they'd appreciate being in sun soaked Portugal, they are from Northern breed ancestors and either have "double" or "long" coats, they do feel the heat........

But maybe I could do a home visit? ................. I'm NOT long coated or double coated and could certainly do with some warmer weather! :please:

I am so glad Vince your so protective of your babies. Says a lot.
I have been without a dog for 4 years. The place I got my last GSD from, the breeder called me to ask if I was ready, I said sorry no. but she said, your on the computer as a good mom whenever you are ready. It does take commitment to raise one properly.
            We have cats now.

Ive never had a puppy or a kitten. I always end up with others cast off's so to speak. I always take on pets who are unwanted. It was never a plan, it's just the way things have worked out. I find a lot of people want a pup or a kitten but once they are grown they loose interest. I believe a pet is for their life. As I know a lot of people feel the same.:cat-kittyandsmiley: X
