Talking the traditional all American grilled cheese sandwich. it a sandwich with only good cheese, butter and bread that both sides are grilled/fried in a skillet. the cheese woozes out some, just good and yummy.

A cousin of mine used to have - a slice of bread covered in sliced hard boiled egg, cream cheese spread on top, then mustard, strawberry jam and topped with sliced pickled gherkins. Then the top slice put on and pressed down until it started oozing around the edges. :eeew:

Grilled cheese, ---well you don't have it often. probably no worse than french fries with melted cheese on top. Now I am hungry.
I can only do pickles on the side, never got into them in sandwiches.

I put about half an onion and a few thin slithers of cheese in mine. If I have snot left in my nose when I've finished, then there was a shortage of onion:)

Onion doesn't have much effect on me ( aside from red onion). I just prefer the balance of labour to be more on the cheese side!

              I'm a bit confused here.
Are you saying snot makes a good sandwich filling? :eeew:

Try mayonnaise or salad cream, it's less runny.
