I'm surprised at Bond though for making such a schoolboy error. If you're going to fake an alibi by altering the timestamp on CCTV and not taking into account such vital details as the length of the shadows.

Still, surely the prosecutors are wrong. The video was supposed to have been taken in february, but the shadows were too long, more consistent with July. Surely shadows are longer in February than July, as the sun is lower in the sky.

I hope that included the cost to the tax payer for wasting the time of the police
