Ah, ok, I understand; yes, before my time!

Ok, these are not scaremongering info but facts drawn from prosecutions. I know I read it yesterday (at some point in time) but my body clock is all out of kilter due to late nights being turned into very early mornings and early mornings being turned into 'late nights' and overall sleep disruption

I'll try and find the source :)

Personally, I'd have no qualms at all about eating meat without know what part(s) of the animal(s) it came from, or what animal(s) it was. I do after all eat hot dogs from time to time. All I need to know is that proper process means that all the meat is been confirmed to be ok for human consumption. When it transpires that for who knows how long, the meat of one animal was being passed off as another and nobody spotted it, therefore those safety/hygiene protocols evidently completely failed, one has to ask, how can anyone have anyone still have faith in those safety/hygiene protocols?

One day it'll turn out that we have extra-terrestrials in our burgers.. it's far more unethical eating something you didn't believe existed :snork:

                Leprechaun burgers anyone?

I don't think you are naive, Val; I would put you in the "honest as the day is long" category.
