Very interesting, but it falls apart a bit here...

When names go down in history, it is usually in full, and it is very common to have three names (firstname, middle and surname).

Lincoln was shot in a theatre, ok. Kennedy was not in a theatre, he was in a car. One built by a very American car company (Ford).

Both assassins were themselves assassinated before their trials. No coincidence there. I'd expect that to be the case. Whoever hired these assassins would not want their henchmen to get the chance to talk in court. It would be more of a spooky coincidence if both had made it to trial.

A week before Lincoln was shot, he was in a particular location. A week before Kennedy was shot, he was with a particular woman. The name connection is very tenuous, and only works as a 'coincidence' because the reader's mind has been prepared to see coincidences.

Other than that though, very good.

Clueless, The significance, of the car and the theatre were, they were both called 'Ford'.

The reference to the assassins names was that they were both referred to in full as a generality, media and the like.

I've taken on board your comments though. :)

But a very significant number of cars in the US would have been Ford at that time, as it was (and possibly still is) one of the biggest car manufacturing companies they have. Plus, JFK wont have chosen to be in a Ford car, that'll just be what the US government were using at the time for their fleet of 'official' cars.

I think Obama's going to avoid any Kennedy in his office, or Lincoln, or warehouses, or plays with warehouses across the street, or Ford's or fifteen letter people or________
