                Freddy,
                I know I am but a sweet innocent novice to this 'ere Toamato growing art and can never hope to aspire to the ranks of the great and the good - such as you dear freddy.
                But, if you teach me this - and teach me no more;
                What is naughty about sowing nine different types of Tomato seeds???

                        Last year I sowed several batches from very early February to early April. However, I did not notice any marked advantage in sowing early - since the later sowings seem to easily catch up with early ones - except that the early ones quicky outgrew the grow box - but needed protection against the cold some nights in the green house.

                        This year I will sow seed in mid March to avoid having to do that.
