Next time it is up, I shall do that Zigs But the ad changes whenever I refresh the page

 

Apparently i have 2 friends that want to 'rebound' with me now there's a novelty.....

This is quite a common advert to come up, it's not very nice, and for some people who are new to social networking it would be quite depressing.

Its ok for me.. I have no friends so I knew it was fake (joke.. I think )

 

Thanks Stephen, Nathan only has a some rudimentary control over the type of ads shown by the ad provider (please notice that I didn't say the G word as that is not allowed!!!) we can remove ads though but we need the URL to do this so next time you see it pm Zigs

 

Will do.. and it's not just this forum it comes up on, quite a number of websites.. it's well seeded around the web now in different disguises.. the most common one being a facebook style box saying you've been unfriended etc etc.

 

Just netted one and sent it to zigs (the url).. it seems theyre arriving here via googlebots?

P.S. We only use facebook to like companies products so they send me money off coupons, get free stuff, etc.
