Well maybe. But I like Swedes. They built my favourite car for me (my old Volvo estate, Helga). Just goes to show how liberal I am. I welcome the Swedes as one of us:biggrin:

The thing with the Eurovision is generally the music is very poor quality. The music in the countries that enter is so vastly different from the stuff they enter with it's laughable. I think the word is cheesy..

I'm with Armandii on this one. Can't stand Bonnie Tyler, Eurovision is rubbish and we already know the result, the same as every other year.....and I don't own a television anyway.

Just a little bit of trivia;) :heehee:

Bonnie Tyler (born Gaynor Hopkins on 8 June 1951- Skewen, Wales, United Kingdom) is a Welsh singer/songwriter, most notable for her hits in the 1970s and 1980s including “It’s a Heartache”, “Holding Out for a Hero” and “Total Eclipse of the Heart”. Tyler is a three-time Grammy Award nominee, Brit Award nominee in 1984 and 1986 for Best British Female and three-time Goldene Europa award winner. She became the first western artist to tour the Soviet Union.

Not bad. I think she's had a bit of "work" done, though.

Its strange how we seem to be using oldies these days for eurovision.

I'm guessing no youngsters looking to make a career out of singing are going to risk it.

The oldies have nothing to lose.
