    Is suran season at the moment , I`ve ordered a bag of it and got back a 5kg of it

    as searched on google the real name is Amorphophallus paeoniifolius
    andthe plant should look like this.

            Yes my local asian shop , 1 minute walk from where i live .
            they are huge and he sell just the 5 kg bag ....there are just 4 in there .....he even checked for the fresh one

              Apparently they may make your hands itch whilst peeling and chopping them so you should oil your hands slightly to prevent this. But you're not going to chop them, are you? Oh no.
