    Hello all. I've lurked and read and lurked some more. Now it's time to stand up and say I'm an Eastern England Hippyish gardener who's had some major issues with short lived addictions to Cottage gardening, Exotics gardening and Dry Garden gardening. I'm a Recovering Garden Makeover programme fan who's tried all approaches in her West facing, clay meets loamy long and skinny terraced garden, threw out all grass and developed an unhealthy liking for Exotics, Bamboo, delicate flowers and mass planting. And then got a dog.... who, whilst my best pal and lovely, has awoken a need to repair and rejuvenate a dodgy veggie patch, seldom used old and tiny plastic/now opaque greenhouse and two long and relatively skinny beds running parallel to a quite nasty concrete path. In other words I've been looking for inspiration amongst your words of wisdom, and ought to do so openly from now on in. :)

        glad you've taken the plunge and come aboard the goodship Gardeners Corner. Sounds as though youv'e pretty much been there and done that. Great people on this Forum, mad as a box of frogs but they have a wicked SOH most nights,

                  thank-you for the welcomes, everyone. Am hoping to go where I've never been before, Jenny namaste; ie in a more settled and left to bed in for a change (before changing it yet again) garden. I'll be grabbing all inspiration and helping hands/ideas, Sheal. I'm no novice to gardening, just a restless spirit I guess. Impatient, in other words :ThankYou:
