When is this Blooody cold weather going to change ?.

Two years ago I lost 4 Clematis to the bad frosty/Snow/Icy cold Winds coming from the Arctic.
This year my 3 Hydrangea Hortensia's are looking really bad with the prolonged
really cold conditions . these Hydrangea were a present from my daughter about two years ago and they flowered a lovely shade of Blue.

This year they started to shoot around mid February and they were looking good.
Since then with the freezing weather all the new shoots have been burned by the Frosts and continual Icy winds. .

Gardening Is getting more difficult than it used to be:scratch: .

I remember my Dad Gardening Many years ago, and it all seemed so easy then .

Apparently,1962 was a lot worse than this Music. Its just that we all have such plans and dreams and they are being erased. Let's see what Gardeners World makes of it at 8.30pm tonight eh?

Too right! It wouldn't be so bad if it was like this now and then, but it seems to be a trend:mad:

It looks like I'm going to have to cancel my Easter break, the campsite is flooded!

Gardening is only easy if you grow plants that are totally at home in your soil and your area.
I hope the weather changes soon.
I cant remember a spring like it, by now we have usually had a few good days, but nothing much this end of the country up to now.

My only hope is that once it changes for the better we then go on the get an extreme summer.
      Not convinced though.

If it's easy it ain't worth the effort!

              We can but dream!

I always liked Cyprus, but for some reason I always feel at home in Gran Canaria............
