Good news friends. In view of the recent unusually harsh weather, my wife proclaims that, and I quote:

"That means we should hopefully have a nice summer".

Well maybe mother nature does have some balance , for every crappy day we get one good one ? if so the balance of payments is a bit out !

 

One thing Ive learnt is Mother Nature hates us all and we're a completely bane on her workings!

 

Mother nature works in wondrous ways, I have previously commented, if we are getting extreme weather swings, lots of rain and snow, its got to swing opposite also, so baking sun , We live in hope, .

 

It's swung here now...coffee outside this morning, no wind, lovely warm sunshine and an acre of weeds to sort

 

Enjoy it while you can, you're due a thunderstorm at 12.

When living up Scaws Estate in Penrith, my old Mam used to say from her front step. "If you can see Saddleback it is going to rain. If you cannot see Saddleback - it's raining!"
