I sowed Turkish and Fuerteventura Tom seeds today. Now please, what should I do with these leggy things? Scrap and start again( except for the Red Robins on the right) or pot them up? They are very leggy and there won't be much room left in the pots to grow on if I plant them deep will there??

I'd pot them on into deeper pots, and cover the stems right up to the bottom of the cotyledon leaves - I did this to a few of mine last year, and they came along just fine. You might need to lay the stem across the bottom of the pot and then up to get them deep enough (if that makes sense)

They don't look THAT drawn to me. I plunge up to seed leaves as FC said. My advice would be to get them into better light, straight away, to stop them drawing any more, and keep them in better light after you prick them out.

Red Robin mini-bush tomatoes grow much better in lower light levels that other varieties that grow spindly, which I why I chose them for growing under lights. The first tomato is now ripe enough for my tea today!

The flavour was not up to 'home grown' standard and the skin was rather thin, but it's something I always wanted to try. If I sow some more end Aug/early Sept then I should have my own toms for Xmas & New Year. (plus set a new record for earliest tomato!)
