Light frost this morning again that quickly disappeared when the sun came up and then it was clear blue skies all day.....which sounds lovely and I rather suspect it would have been pleasantly warm if it wasn't for the wicked north easterly wind which grew stronger as the day went on :doh:Still it didn't stop me getting some more jobs done in the garden :)

Yesterday was a mixture of sunshine and cloud but the wind made it quite bitter out there.

This morning was sunny with no frost but the sun soon went into hiding and we had a short flurry of snow/sleet. It's still quite windy.

My garden Weather Station is recording 47f right now........which is difficult to believe with the blustery East Wind which is still persisting. It definitely feels a lot colder than that. I'm planning a trip out to Frodsham Marshes on Monday so I'm hoping that the temperature will be better, although the Forecast is for more of the same weather as today for the coming 7 days. I guess I'd better wrap up warm!!!:coffee:

Over the past week we've had torrential rain, light spring showers, hail, thunder, lightning ... oh, and some sunshine! Today it's very grey and a bit chilly, about 8ºc, in preparation for the snow which is forecast for tomorrow and Saturday. :gaah:

Lorea, we are supposed to go into the low 20s with plenty of sunshine, interspersed with rain. We have had a few thunderstorms and some heavy downpours ... had to quickly change a venue for lunch today! Will try to send some sunshine and warmth your way ... especially since our friend who has been visiting for the past eight weeks is heading back to the UK via your way tomorrow ... on his motorbike! He came off his bike up there on the way down ...

Another cold here here with some sunny spells.
Got up to 4'c but felt much colder in the very strong wind

Another hideous day here. Cold, overcast, with a raw and strengthening northeasterly wind.
If that wasn't enough, it snowed steadily for most of the morning. Fine, powdery snow which, driven by the strong wind, found its way down your neck and anywhere else it could go. :frown:
At least the snow didn't settle, it just made everything nicely damp to add to the general unpleasantness.
Maximum temperature only 3·5ºC, even in the greenhouse it didn't get above 10ºC all day.
