Hardened off in the sheltered patio area.

Can I enter Chives, as they are looking a lot better.

    It did cross my mind:heehee:

Seriously though, I would expect that once this forecast cold snap has passed, your onions should get a move on:blue thumb: Btw, any chance of a pic?

I'm worried, he's asking about a new wheelbarrow on another thread - are they too big to lift already?

Well that cracking idea wasn't as 'cracking' as i thought:doh:..thought i'd have a rehearsal.....it involved a piece of expanding trellis that i had lying around ....and fixing it about afoot above the onion bed....but the gaps were too big....then i thought of doing a grid with wire..it's only a small bed....but didn't have enough wire.....Sooo now i've made some 'rings' out of some steel mesh, took some bending though:phew:....
If there was a prize for making it as hard for myself as possible....i think i should win:heehee:

Not so bad Zigs, a tad spindly than mine (before I planted them out) but should be OK, money on Zigs now to grow the biggest! (I ain't joking either)
