I've seen this picture of an evergreen border online, I really like it and would like to identify the plants if anyone can help.

I've had a go at identifying a few of them:

    1. Box
    2. Lavender (munstead?)
    3. Heuchera (palace purple?)
    5. Cordyline red star

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

    1. Could be Hebe sp.
    2. Agree Lavendula.
    3. Agree Heuchera.
    4. Looks like Hebe sp. again
    5. Agree Cordyline.
    6. Choisya ternata "Sundance"
    7. Looks like Perovskia.. one such as "Blue Spire"
    8. Maybe Physocarpus opulifolius "Diabolo"
    9. Looks like Festuca glauca.
    10. Pittosporum sp.
    11. ? I don't attempt grassy stuff!
Behind it is a Photina . Maybe Photinia x fraseri Red Robin.
Between 4 and 9. Looks like another Heuchera.

Would perhaps amend 5. to Phormium...there's something not symmetrical enough for Cordyline?
Perhaps Escallonia at the back between 10 and 8, with another Pittosporum between 8 and 7 against the trellis. The grass could well be Miscanthus, but just guessing:)

That's a great help, except number 5 possibly not being a Cordyline as it's the only one I've actually bought lol.

Number 11 looks like a miscanthus, a varigata of some sort.

Many thanks Silver Surfer and everyone else, I'm planning it out and sourcing the plants :)
            I'll post a piccy when it's done.
