that sort of man really makes me laugh. You don't marry somebody because you want to own a beautiful woman, but because you and your partner compensate each other, feel good and your life would worse without him/her.
Those trolls that marry somebody for beauty when it comes to the age of 45 and it is going all downhill they hate the process of getting old in themselves and others and cannot cope with it, so like headless chicken, they go ad fish for younger partners in order to feel better. Very simple and sad explanation, but I don't call this a marriage.

 

11 years ago I said no more men in my life! My Mum visited a weekly hospice and made friends with a lady - 6 months after my Mum died 7 years ago she asked her son to ring to see if I was OK - her son was an usher at my 1st wedding and had married a friend of mine from school but also got divorced about 13 years ago. After the phone call it lead to meals out etc. He lives in the same town as me and is a very kind man (although he doesn't like gardening). We have some great holidays and he is a person I feel very relaxed with. I still make a point of time for my female friends which I think is very important as we have supported each other the years through similar situations. One of them has a love of gardening like me and we still go off together visiting gardens and holidays with the WI.
Life at the end of the day is what we make of it and I have many things in my life I have to be thankful for.
