Few months ago I`ve order some cannas online and payed for it ....
got a reply from a guy called Rodger , who told me that the website
was not actually fully functional and that the plants where not available yet
offering me a full refund , then I said no problem and he could have kept the money untill the plants would have been available .....
Due of the cold spring , the plants didn`t come in when they suppose
but I have to admit that actually Rodger have been updating me almost every week .....
Finally today I`ve received the plants , i`m really happy about the service and the plants , not to say , that since I`ve placed the order the price of the the delivery parcel went up and actually he didn`t made any money on my order.

He could have just refound me and end of story , but he kept his word and lost money on it .....what I understood he is starting his own mail order and work in a nursery
I think postage price is killing all this honest small business even before they start ...

MyHermes is between £5 for smallest weight package and around £10 for something heavy (they don't take "really heavy" or "really large") which I think is ideally suited to lowish-volume eBayers etc. (You can even deliver to one of their local drop-off points it you will be out/at work when they would call to collect.

If you want to use their service get an existing user to introduce you so you both get 10% off voucher.
