      Its amazing how early it gets dark down here Sheal - I remember as a kid in SW Scotland, playing out in the school holidays until dark which was easily half ten at night. Just one of the many things I miss from my past.

        Yes you're right, I was reared in Essex so I've gained by coming further north. I think sunset here is twenty to thirty minutes later than down there. :)

        Easily, maybe even more. On the other hand, it gets light earlier in the morning here - not that it does much good.

          A mixed bag of a day weatherwise. The sky was cloudy with very little breeze but the Sun would come out every few days and it would get warm. Then the Sun would disappear and it would go cool, so it was a case of warm, cool, warm, cool!! The temperature is now 54f:coffee:

          They've announced that we're heading for one of the coldest Springs since records began.

          Yesterday there was only a slight dampness in the air. Just enough to get me wet whilst shopping but not enough to put my umbrella up without looking stupid! :heehee: I'm still thinking of designing windscreen wipers for my glasses :scratch:

          Next week will be good weather :blue thumb: Our garden really needed the rain we've had this week and the plants are lapping it up.
