can you please suggest a trimmer with a very easy to replace spool?
Every time I change mine it is so hard to open (you have to press it at both sides at the same time)I nearly disconnect my wrists...

I've got a Honda UMK425LE and changing the line is a doddle compared to cheapo strimmers

Hate it when that happens, takes ages to get them reconnected.

Changing the spool is easy.(more expensive).
Winding new line on the old spool is the difficult part, but not impossible.
          Even I can do it.

As to getting the cover off.
There is no answer to that.

I woke up one morning to find that had happened to me and my hands were completely floppy and disabled. Then I woke up a second time and everything was OK. It worried me for some months afterwards in case it was real and could happen whilst driving.
