    There should be lots of comments for the championship this year so I thought for neatness we could keep it all in one place :)

    Am very surprised Nadal went out in the first round and Fedderer is looking to be on top form. Shame about JAmes Wade and Baltacha (sp?) though :(

    Good idea Loofah!!! :thumbsup: Goes without saying that I am rooting for Andy Murray, but I dunno, I still feel that he is not easily a winner!!! Can do without the tears though..........!!

    Given his opening match he was looking to be finding his feet a bit. Have faith!

      It is so nice to see a ladies match without the sound of banshee's screaming as in a certain female player.:snork:

      I don't think Andy will win this year unless any of the other top players break a leg or something and the chances of that happening is pretty slim,but it would be so nice for someone new to win it for once instead of the usual player from Swizterland for the men or the Williams sisters for the ladies.:biggrin:

      Williams sisters are slipping in recent years - not the powerhouses they used to be. Fingers crossed they'll go out early; don't get me wrong I respect their ability but they seem to win a lot through sheer brute force

      'Little' Laura Robson as she keeps getting referred to is 5'11"!

      Robsons game has just gone over to BBC1 if anyone is watching,like me:snork:

      The Williams sisters are multi millionaires in their own right and are knocking on a bit in age so perhaps it is about time they got married and had half a dozen kids each {future Wimbledon winners:biggrin:}

      I got these two ladies mixed up and thought that Moore was the white lady and Kanepi was the Chinese looking lass but have now found out it is the other way round so at least now she is getting back on form and I am supporting the right one :whistle:
