                    I wasn't nearly as active today (washed the car instead!), and only really fed my tomatoes, cucumbers, courgettes and flowering pots/tubs/baskets and watered everything else; then it was a case of whipping the robbers off the tomatoes and sticking the bins out for the morning.

                    I drew one conclusion though - the weather, although not brilliant, has so far been a bit kinder to us this year as I have already got more edibles underway (eaten our second lettuce tonight), and everything looks generally healthier and happier so far; its either that, or I am getting better at this gardening lark! :snork:

                      Thanks ArmandII the front is north facing and is a bit exposed to the winds come from west from Liverpool direction and east from winter hill in manchester direction the back is south facing but more sheltered but does get hot when sun is on it. :dbgrtmb:

                      Watered everything today, tied in the Toms and cucumbers.
                      Need to repot the canna Australia's only did them 2 weeks ago :hate-shocked:
                      The ones in the ground seem really slow :cry3: compared
