seeds that i could sow NOW that should still flower this year?

    im having withdrawal symptoms from the lack of seed sowing...help :help:

    Biennials? Things that you can mollycoddle over the winter? With fancy artificial lighting, if you like ? :)

        I'm sowing salad leaves every 3 weeks so we have a steady supply over "Summer"
        to go with the deep red, ripe tomatoes...:heehee::lunapic 130165696578242 5:

          Ooh, I know one, nettles have two flowering sessions per year.

          Being serious now. I reckon there's still a good chance with marigolds, sunflowers, nasturtium, possibly loads of the faster annuals.

                    well it'll be a trip to the shops to buy packets of seed for me tomorrow:hapydancsmil: thanks guys loads for me to choose from there :dbgrtmb:

                    funny you should say that as i don't usually 'do' Biennials cos...well...cos i just don't have the patience to wait that long for the flowers:rofllol: but i did actually sow some Echinacea recently (through sheer desperation for something to sow :heehee: )

                    Was in my local garden centre today, and they had 50% off seeds ... I would expect, at this time in the season, that you ought to be able to buy current-season seed at a discount :)
