    The garden has been suffering quite badly because of the lack of rain. Water butts are empty and the sprinkler has been on all afternoon.

    This morning I tried to dig a load of grass out of the veggie plot/wild garden but gave up because the ground was rock hard. It's raining very lightly now :dbgrtmb:

        Another dry, sunny day with a bit of light cloud around and maximum forecast of 21ºC due to the breeze from the north once again. Much preferable to the 30ºC which we should be having at this time of year. :blue thumb:

          Raining again first thing this morning but it has slowly relented and while the skies are light grey it is still reasonably warm at 62f. The trouble that wandering through the garden even now still gets your legs wet, but this warm damp air brings out the smell of the soil and scents of the garden....lovely:hapfeet:

              There was a light drizzle this morning so it was just right for wandering around the garden taking photos. Lighting was OK and not enough rain to get properly wet.
