    Well they will be if the female flower gets pollinated by the male, for that they need to open at the same time and then either hope a buzzy bee finds them or get out a cotton bud and do it ones self :snork::heehee:

      can u save some pollen if nature messes up a bit and the male flowers and female flowers don't come out at the same time, or would that not happen? seems strange that such a big fruit would grow on a plant that likes to grow up walls eh? I was going to make a comment loli but ill keep it to myself lol jk

        I have got a few pumpkins on at the min two are set one is bigger than the other and on my outside one I have one pumpkin that has been getting bigger for the last three days so really happy so far

        I think you can freeze pollen but not 100% in that mine started off with the odd flowers but now there seam to be getting more at once so I would not worry it's still early yet

                  Here's my two today, they have a bit more space now we have eaten the spuds that were growing next to them. I've also put some plastic sheets around them to try and corral them into going the right way (pesky things are heading off behind my greenhouse and will try and escape into next doors if I let them):
