We've gone for Blue and White. A Delphinium jutting up behind the frothy Crambe cordifolia looks lovely this morning.

This is the first year, since we started building the garden (7 years ago, albeit the relevant bits were not started then) that I have been able to walk round the garden each morning and see something that wasn't there yesterday. Its a very pleasing feeling.

 

Love this little campanula relative only thing is it never likes where I plant it , much preferring to self seed itself between the cracks in the block paving, oh well the drive looks colourful

Scutellaria 'Zhongdianensis' grown from RHS seed although can't find out much about it except that its probably misnamed and is more likely to be 'Altissima' , whatever it is I like it

This is the one my bees love and has taken over the 5 acre water meadow where I keep them so thats a named variety ?? you have

 

Not the best place for I.glandulifera!!!!
I bought the seeds as a named variety - they supposedly isolated the best strain for the colour. But at 99p a packet I'm not disappointed by it.
