The Oleanders in Lidls yesterday were very good quality, unfortunately I already have some as they were good value but I did have a Livistona Rotundifolia, also for a fiver.

I have the Linaria Purpurea Jenny. It did so well last year that i now have about 200 of them sprouting up all over the place and that's after i transferred a load to my parents and outlaws gardens lol. The Canon Went looks nice so yes please i'd love some. I'll send you some Yellow Toadflax anyway though as i've not sent you any Mec. Betonicifolia yet. The seeds should be ok this year. Last years were like ground pepper.

The Welsh Poppy seeds you sent didn't come up this year but then my Ladybird Poppies didn't either. I think i might have dead headed them to much towards the end.

You might also like some Fritillaria Elwesii seeds which have just dropped. Not sure if they're ok though, they look empty if that makes sense.

Couldn't resist looking at a plant stall in Poole shopping Mall as I saw some Acers for £5
I decided to have an Acer Shiraz as it was such a good buy.

There was a batch of Eucomis and this one caught my eye amongst the white and purple flowered ones as it was purple, almost black and had spotted leaves. I think it is a dwarf one so it may be lost in a tropical bed.

Or it could be young E.pole-evansii purpurea which gets very big! Most of my Eucomis are rather stunted this year.

The batch of six on sale were all the same, all small flowered so I thought they were all dwarf varieties, my E Bicolor has a fair size flower and definitely not stunted, grown from a bulb this year.

The HTUK guys reckon it's E Vandermerwei so I'll go along with that as it is a small variety.
