Internet Browsing Problem - Help Please

    Thanks for all the tips :), well I've done a virus scan (usually does one a week anyway) and thats come up ok, nothing found. The internet security is set at medium, so that should be ok? :)

    Not had time to download another browser as yet, but as soon as I do I will try it and report back.

    Also sometime this week I've a mate who works in IT, at a large company who design and build pcs for businesses, he's going to set up a remote connection so he can take a look from his end to see if he can find any problems. He's done it before for me when we had problems. He thinks there's a chance there could be too many 'background' programs running that we're not aware of???? :)

      Update....well finally got round to downloading another browser, went for Firefox and :wow: what a difference, my pc has gone into warp speed overdrive, I mean compared to IE8 its now moving a lightspeed :heehee:, its not freezing or crashing on FB or nothing.
