I remember you like this one last year Spruce ;) the flowers are only small 3-4inch, let me know if you'd like a piece in autumn.

Think my favourite of JazzSi's today has to be Dizzy Miss Lizzie :wub2:

Fox's ears is a lovely one Spruce :dbgrtmb:

I went a bit mad with the pollen today(I blame you Wylie :heehee:) whether any of my crosses will be any good we'll see, After seeing the beautiful 'Master of Disguise' on a website and finding I had both the parents had to have a go today maybe won't get anything as good but worth a try
So I crossed 'Destined to See' with this one 'Julie Newmar'
          004.JPG
Then I crossed 'Tomorrow's Song to this one 'Milady Greensleeves' why I don't know :dunno: its my first year I'm allowed to be impulsive :heehee:
          001.JPG
I crossed this one 'Emmaus', a newbie last year and first flower, to 'Apple Swirl'
          005.JPG
And this one 'Watchyl Digital Scream' to 'All American Windmill'
          017.JPG
A first time flowering for this one can see this is going to be a favourite another huge flowered one, 'Frilly Bliss' another of Pollies beauties

I felt bad I didn't make any crosses today, but Core Values should be open again tomorrow and the newest one, Life Is A Highway should be open in the next couple of days.
Destined To See x Julie Newmar should be great! Did you see Dragonfly Dreams (on the AHS site) or Entwined On the Vine? I have had a few problems getting seed to set on Destined To See, but one looks like it finally took - DTS x Womanizer.
The others make sense - you are trying to get more spider types. Finding a direction can be hard. For me it seems to be doubles with edges and doubles with applique throats in the TETs, and doubles with spiders in the DIPs. I have reviewed my list of crosses I'm waiting on to ripen, and tried to figure out a pattern so I can concentrate on what I like. For next year, I am trying to make some DIP doubles, and I have 8 seedlings growing of an Unknown X Lacy Doily. The Unk is:
                      100_7082.JPG

I'm thinking of doing teeth on doubles, which is good since one of my favourites is developing really well, and after a day in the sun looks like this:
                      100_7080.JPG
It looks a lot like It's A Miracle, but this is Evermore Lights x Spiney Sea Urchin.I have crossed It's A Miracle to one of my new applique throated sdlgs, and will be using this one the same way.

I like Colorado Moon Fire - I have it in a sdlg; Colorado Moon Fire x Sulphrite Prism. This colour with a black eye and edge.

You're right Wylie I do like the spiders the bigger and more patterned the better, think what I'd really like to eventually breed would be a good double spider, or even better a spider with an applique throat, as love those as well, I say eventually it could take a very long time :heehee:
What I wanted to ask you Wylie is on Tinkers where it says pod and pollen fertility there's also sometimes a number in brackets what does the number mean please
I have my first flower opening today on 'Spacecoast Behaviour Pattern' looks like it could fully open :dancy:

The numbers are the number of children where the flower was used either as pod parent or pollen parent. The number usually equals the total number of children.:) (That number isn't always updated and you get more children listed.)
