Earlier on I put up pictures of a lot of white flowers in the garden. I'm not as organised as Kristen :) so don't have a themed bed or area. They're just stuck anywhere around the garden.

Here are some more white ones. We have a variety of Hebes - different heights, leaf shape and leaf size. Most of the whites seem to be flowering now.

      This is our tallest one

With a low growing but quite happy one near it

Then we have a much more delicate short, variegated, small leaf variety

This is a bit much Jenny :hate-shocked: much prefer it when its just grey foliage bit of an awkward area wanted something to trail as the ponds in a dip and these do the trick, poor fish think I'll have to get them sunglasses, then of course I've got the flippin mimulus thats seeded everywhere and thats yellow too :hate-shocked:, hubby likes that and won't let me cut it back till its finished flowering, says it looks "natural" where as I think it looks a b****y mess :heehee:

My Clivia is in full bloom in the house. It's the first time it has since I've owned it. Hopefully Kristen's are doing the same.

We have lots of Hostas that also have white flowers. The whites seem to flower before the other colours.

This salvia Turkistanica isn't really white but it gives a glowing white effect
                P1170537.JPG

And, of course, the lovely campanula. We have whites and mauves all over the garden. There a clumps of just whites but I prefer them when they are mixed

Still on a whitish theme :heehee:

Whereas these feverfew parthenium are in our 'organised' veggie plot - alongside our beans and courgettes. We have lots of feverfew all round the edge of the plot.

The blackberries are in the wild garden behind the veggies and amongst the fruit trees

                  P1170543.JPG

There are lots of buttercups, daisies and clover around them

Alongside our back door is the highly frangrant variegated summer jasmine

Do you know the name? I've got the purple one in the garden ... and forgotten then name.

I had one, bought of eBay 2 or 3 years ago, that flowered a month or so back - for the first time - but the three you kindly gave me have not flowered yet. All of them are for a long term project of some massive pots in our fabulous new conservatory ... I say "long term" as the fabulous new conservatory is still on the drawing board and piggy-bank-shaking stage :) - so I'm more keen on bulking them up into a clump, rather than flowering, short term.

I'm sure he knows the name Kristen, but in case he had a chance to verify it with Mrs Shiney - it's Lychnis Coronaria. I can save and send you some white seed if you wish,

Mr Shiney as I have said before I am so taken with your white theme - more often than not when someone is looking for something new for their garden they look for colour and white can be overlooked. But you have shown us just how attractive and fresh looking the white theme can appear.
Thank you I will certainly consider when I am looking for something new.
