              Substituting drinking Spinach Wine for tea would appear to be the solution.

                  While the summer is on, I might start drinking Morrocan tea, which is basically green tea, tonnes of mint and sugar (and hot water of course). Its still got tea in it, but only in fairly small measure, with the bulk of the flavour coming from the mint.

                        There are limits Scrungee - I'm prepared to force myself to eat more chocolate but Spinach wine is a step too far :)

                          Have spinach, onions and broccoli with your roast beef John, they've all got good iron content, I can't solve your tea issue though. :)

                            Extremely stupid question coming up.............
                            If you sprinkled a few iron filings on your food , just a few mind you . Would this increase your bodies iron level through your digestive track ? or does it not work like that...........
