      Ugh!
I have no recall of walking across my kitchen, I'm surprised I didn't drop the glasses I was carrying.

Mmmmm, sounds a bit dangerous to me............having said that my memory is so short I walk from the Lounge to the Kitchen and then wonder why I'd gone there!!:lunapic 130165696578242 5:

Take care, Ellen. Dehydration is nasty and can be dangerous. Drink a litre of water first thing each morning, before breakfast, and that 30 minutes before eating. Then line up some glasses of water on the kitchen worktop and make sure you have at least one every two hours. That's on top of any tea or coffee you may have. :blue thumb:

I can't drink hot drinks when it's hot :) I've been guzzling water and fruit juice, feel a lot better now. It was a bit of a nudge to say "hey, drink something!" :)

It's good that you drink the water. You need to be careful about drinking too much fruit juice. Some of them are very high in sugars - even the ones with nothing added. Not too much of a problem if you don't tend to get overweight or have a high blood sugar level but a couple of glasses a day should be your limit anyway. Don't drink it before going to bed as the fruit acids are not good for your teeth and will have all night to work on them. :)

It's a bit cooler than the last few days so I've been able to work out there until 10.30. It has just reached 78F so that's me for the day

I didn't know about the fruit juice. My blood sugars etc are ok, but it is worth bearing in mind. I drink a lot of squash as well as too much water, for me, gets a bit boring :)

No change here, the sun is still with us and the forecast I use says at least for the next week, 24C.
