I go outside and jus like that, another bloom's popped up on the roses that are in the ground not pots.

This one has the peachy tinge I was expecting to see ( and something has had a good nibble). I assume the slight difference in tone will be down to what they're growing in?

Armandii, I love orange and yellow roses, 'Bright Future' is lovely and yes I see it as orange too. :)

Jenny, a Porsche showroom, nahhh you wouldn't find me in there studying the glossies even if I could afford to be in there in the first place! Now Aston Martin is a whole different ball game and when I win the lottery........

Wiseowl, I bet it was a hard decision to put the rose back in B & Q, well done! Then you fell at the second fence here on GC, you have to be tough with yourself you know like the rest of us..........she says tongue in cheek! :heehee:

          She's a lady!

Me and mum spent ages looking through the catalogue. This thread is just as bad.

I was looking for a tea rose because tbh I'm not as fond of floribunda blooms. I saw 'prize winning' and 'disease resistant'. Then when I googled and saw the picture that was it - I had to have her!

            Beautiful Woo! :)

After the torrential rain we had early this morning my roses have taken a knocking. With very few blooms left I've been out and dead headed today, hopefully they will recover with more flowers to come. However 'Iceberg' held onto every single flower, I'm really impressed with this rose. :)

Update: we have re-growth! :yahoo: :dancy:

The two green leaves are the only two which remained. Recently, I gave all the branches a trim and today, we have lift off! So, so thrilled it is coming back. WTG "Just Joey".

Hopefully they won't keep you waiting too, too long, woo :blue thumb:

Are they obliged to get back to you within a particular time frame? Are the successful ones published in the paper?
