    This is really playing with stones :blue thumb: (about 20 miles from where the kids were playing with Mick :heehee:)

    It's an ancient Hawai'ian game called Konane. The playing board/rock is called papamu, the white stones are called ke'oke', the black are called 'ele'ele and there are small indentations made in the rock for them that are called puka.

        Anyway, the song was written to be sung by Elsa Lanchester at private parties. So it's a good reference, seeing that the thread is about a private party. :blue thumb: Mimi Crawford sang it on stage in 1928 :dbgrtmb:
